Hey there...how are you today?
Just popping in to share a card I made for a recent challenge over at Betsy's Blog...to create a card with a die-cut background. Well, none of my actual die-cuts were appealing to me for this so I used a punch instead....pretty much the same thing anyway:) I've managed to create a more masculine card to put aside for a birthday...always a good thing:)
Cardstock: Certainly Celery; Kraft
Patterned Paper: Basic Grey Origins
Other: SU! Spiral Edge Punch; Labels One Nesties; BG Origins Stickers; Sanding Block; Versa Colour Pine Cone Ink; dimensionals
It's all happening here today with the tiler working on our ensuite reno. The floor tiles are all piled up outside for him to start and it's just started pouring rain...so now they're wet! Not a good thing:-( Aaah well if there's one thing I know when renovating it's patience is a virtue:-) We'll get there eventually! What's another week without the ensuite huh *lol*
I'm off to have a play with these...
My first little bundle of Copics. I have resisted these for so long....and then Therese made me think again after our chat at Dawn's get together here on the coast. She put me onto the RMIT Bookshop where the sketch markers are a great price. Choosing which colours to start with wasn't easy but I hope I've managed to get some that I can have fun blending.
Thanks for popping in girls....I'll be back with more to share soon. Enjoy what's left of the week....woohoooo the school hols are nearly here:-)))
