Cards - Birthday Feed

Celebrate

I am loving the 'Celebrate' Die from MFT and have used it on my card today. I've paired it with a sweet little pair

from Penny Black's 'Wonderful' stamp set ...

I used a Brick Wall stencil (The Paper Mill brand from Riot) in the background and created a watercolour wash

with my Kuretake Gansai Tambi watercolours

for my die cut piece...

The 'confetti' is clusters of teeny tiny star sequins.

Hope you have a fabulous Monday - I plan to :-))

Foiling with Stencils

Hi there - thanks for joining me again today. July 1 - wowzers!!

I've had a lovely time playing with my foiling goodies again and this time I used this sweet stencil (Boutique Crafts Flower Frenzy) with the fabulous Deco Foil Transfer Gel - grab them both from Scrapbook Boutique!

Paired with the Deco Foil Rainbow Foil here's what I created -

If you'd like to know how the Transfer Gel works check out my video below or in HD on You Tube - I show you this method of applying foil as well as 2 others...

Here are a few more pics of today's cards -

Love the eye catching detail you get with just a little bit of foil - it really adds the 'wow factor' to a simple card.

Thanks for dropping by - have an awesome day and I'll see you again soon.

My beach background was inspired by Kay Miller but I created mine with Brushos which I really enjoy using. They are a heap of fun:-)
