Video: One Paper Pad, Five Christmas Cards

I fell in love with the fabulous Kaisercraft Peace and Joy Paper Pad with its beautiful, traditional Christmas colours and patterns and I have created 5 cards using it today.

Those 5 cards will just be a start - this pad will be used often I'm sure in the next couple of months.

How is your Christmas crafting going? Do you just make cards or other goodies as well?

I'll be back with more to share soon...

Video: Tweet Holidays from MFT

Hey there - I'm popping in this morning to share a sweet Christmas card created with MFT's new 'Tweet Holidays" stamp set.

I knew as soon as I saw those sweet birds that I could personalise a card from our family of four, colouring each bird to be like the four of us, so that's what I've done :-)

How is your Christmas crafting going?

I't's definitely my favourite time of the year for crafting so I'm in seventh heaven lol.

I'll be back with another (probably)-Chrissy-card soon.

Deck the Halls Turnabout - Concord and 9th

Hi there - I hope you're having a great week.

I'm popping in tonight with two cards I started last weekend - on World Cardmaking Day. I spent a lovely few hours with Therese on Sunday enjoying a play with our stamps and inks and I particularly enjoyed getting my Turnabout stamp inky with her fabulous Catherine Pooler Inks. I had never used them before and I am in love! They are amazing and as of today I now have a few colours of my own-woohoo! They give such good coverage and you only have to ink up and stamp once for fabulous results.

2 Cand9th Turnabout cards

I stamped one panel using the Deck The Halls Turnabout stamp - with the Catherine Pooler colours Party Dress; Limoncello, Aquatini and Lime Rickey.

I then cut apart that panel using the Lawn Fawn Stitched Hillside Borders and created two cards -

A few Nuvo drops to accent the flowers and my cards were finished.

Think I'll enter these cards in the SSS World Cardmaking Day Challenge -"Show us what you’re making today for World Card Making Day!"

I look forward to playing with the Catherine Pooler inks in the very near future - hopefully tonight ha ha.

See you again soon...
