Woohooooo.....it's Friday....and school holidays....a doubley wonderful feeling:-))

I've been having a lovely play with some gorgeous new goodies from Shop and Crop....namely the so sweet Crate Paper Farmhouse papers and Random Stand Outs....what's not to love about these sweet country inspired papers and dimensionally eye catching embellies...

Recognise the sketch? It's Verve's September Week 2 Sketch by the amazing Amy Sheffer...

One card with these delish goodies wasn't enough so I played a little more lol....

Tonight I'm going to play with another challenge....or two....I think I'll combine Chupa's Saturday sketch and Mona's CR84FN Colour Challenge....that should give the creative juices a workout:-)

Good Saturday morning to you:-) What a beautiful Autumn day it is here in SE Qld too....just makes me happy!

Before I get onto my card, here's a little bit about me today....

 feeling – happy it's the weekend

 enjoying – a leisurely Saturday morning around the house

 

creating – nothing yet but will attack a challenge later in the day:-)

wanting – to make Pumpkin Soup with the Butternut Pumpkin that' s been sitting on my kitchen bench for 2 weeks!

needing – wood for our fire

listening –  to my boys down the back chopping that same wood:-)

thinking – that I'm glad it's them and not me!

wondering – how the Royal Honeymoon is going??

:) So there's a little bit of "random" from me this morning.

Last night I played with the current sketch at Card Positioning Systems #217 which looks like this....

I wanted to use some more of the gorgeous Crate Paper Portrait Collection papers and I let them do all the work on this card...

I just love the colours in this paper....it's the teal that does it.....yum yum yum!
