So, it was an absolute pleasure playing with Blush again last night to create my card for this week's Mojo Monday #208 Sketch Challenge...

I thought I'd go square but then I decided that I'd rather not have to fuss with square envelopes (I don't have any!!)....so I converted it to my usual C6 sized card....

It's a while since I've made one of these scallop circle punch flowers...with a big spotty Blush brad in the centre...

I am such a PINK girl....adore it!

Vintage White with the Shabby Tea Room

Love me some Vintage White :) so couldn't resist having a play with the latest Shabby Tea Room challenge #80.....to create a monochromatic card or project using WHITE OR CREAM, KRAFT, BROWN OR BLACK....inspired by this sa-weeet pic -

So I gathered together some delicious creamy goodies and here's my card....

Cardstock: PTI Rustic Cream

Patterned Paper: Prima Madeline A4 Paper Pad

Stamps: PTI Mega Mixed Messages

Ink: Memento London Fog

Embellishments: Tattered Angels Chipboard Frame; seam binding; Wild Orchid Crafts flower; chipboard heart; string

Tools: Cuttlebug; Music Embossing Folder; Martha Stewart Wildflowers Border Punch

Well the footy's on....Go the Broncos.....and the boys are already sounding a bit dejected :( so I'll craft it out here in my scrap room and hope they can find some magic without their missing Captain.

Cards for Aussie Cards for Sale

 

Hey there - how are you today?

My heart goes out to you if you have family or friends who have been affected by the devastating earthquake in Christchurch, NZ. What is happening to our world of late....so much sadness and suffering :(

Alicia at Aussie Cards for Sale asked us for Sympathy and Get Well Cards to stock the store so I have created one of each over the last couple of nights.

The first uses my new birthday stamps from Waltzingmouse Stamps - I have long admired their vintage label sets and dropped a few hints for my recent birthday - yaaaaay! They took a week to arrive from the UK - not bad huh - and postage was free....double yaaaay!

 

I used Prima's Annalee paper pad and my sweet little My Favourite Things mini rolled roses die with pink felt. Stamp Set is SU!'s Thoughts and Prayers.

 

The next Get Well card uses the Annalee papers again and a MS Around the Page Wildfowers punch set.

 

 
 
I am just loving the soft colours at the moment....can't you tell lol.

Well, I am off to lunch with friends today...I know! -aren't I the lucky one mid week :-))
