I have used a few patterned papers from the 6x6 pad for my background, combined with the paper pad die cuts and Maya Rd Corrugated hearts.
Thanks for dropping in to see what I've been up to.....so glad you did:-)
If you'd like to win a few random near-new scrapping/stamping goodies in the mail please leave a comment - I'm going to start giving away a few things I've hardly used and would love them to go to good homes somewhere - random commenters will be chosen:-)
This month I worked with the Kaisercraft Kit for Shop and Crop. It was a fun bunch of goodies to play with including papers from the new 75 Cents and Basecoat Collections and matching Collectables and washi tapes :)
Head over to Shop and Crop to get your hands on this gorgeous kit with complete instructions .....and see my 2 layouts in full ....

Last night I had fun creating my February calendar page....remember I shared my January page with you using the beautiful goodies in Kaisercraft's 365 Days range.....well here's next month's, all ready to go -
...the die cuts above come from Crate Paper's Fourteen range....they were a bit bold in colour though so I sanded them back so they would blend in better with my papers:)
I love the gorgeous font used for the Month stickers.
Here's a little look at how I'm displaying my monthly calendar page....

......I loved it so much I used it in its entirety as a message for my kids on this layout.
Products used - Kaisercraft papers from Lake House and Sweet Nothings; Manor House Creations flowers; Prima wooden clock and alpha; Bella Glittered chipboard butterfly and flourish; Memory Box Butterfly Die; Hamby White Hexagon Overlay.
Thanks for dropping by and for your kind comments - they are greatly appreciated!
At the moment I am very taken by mixed media projects and this weekend I had a lovely time altering a notebook for work.
My inspiration came from a canvas created by the amazing Gabrielle Pollacco. Gabrielle even provides the template for this sweet girl on her blog and the video for how she puts her canvas together is here on You Tube. (or on her blog if you scroll through about 4 pages)
Papers are from Kaisercraft's Chapter One range. Lots of masks, gesso, texture paste, glimmer mists, acrylic paint and stamps were used.
Lots of shine from Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Mist......love that stuff!
It 's always fun to have a play with our scrapbooking goodies and see where it takes us:-)
I am popping in to share a card I have created with a stunning new Manor House Creations flower. This is without doubt one of the most beautiful flowers I have EVER seen. It is called Wintersong and comes in a range of colours - my favourite being this gorgeous blue - with the magnificent Ember pack you see below coming a very close second....
Here's my card....
I have used papers from Kaisercraft's Chapter One paper pad. The postmarked piece you see is from Manor House Creations though and I've glammed it up with a swipe of Glimmer Glam around the edges as you'll see here.....if you can tear your eyes off that bee-utiful flower lol:-))
These sweet new flowers from MHC's Winter release are arriving in stores everywhere so check them out - or ask your local store to get them in :-))
I had new goodies I was dying to play with....like this....
