Stamps - Mama Elephant Feed

A One Layer Wonder

I have been enjoying  Kelly Latevola's 'One Layer Wonders Class' (for Altenew) and have a card to share with you today based on Lesson 3.

I've used Mama Elephant's 'Organic Blooms' stamp set for the focal image.

The sentiment is from the gorgeous Stampendous set called 'Big Words Thanks'

It was fun playing with a new to me technique. Next time I want to try it with Distress Inks instead of the Oxides.

Hope your week is off to a good start.

Bye for now...

Real Ruff :-)

Couldn't resist playing with an older Mama Elephant set today - the sweet little 'Playful Pups'.

First I created a stencilled background using The Paper Mill Splatter stencil (from Riot) and Distress Oxide Inks.

Once I'd Copic coloured the forlorn little pup sitting beside his full food bowl (something you would never see in our house)

there didn't seem to be any other sentiment that would match his mood - poor little love.

I hope you're not feeling at all forlorn on this fabulous day...although it is Monday so hmmmmm ha ha!

Thanks for dropping by and I'll see you again soon...

Little Dog Agenda

Hi there - thanks for visiting today?

As stampers do you, like me, have those stamp sets that you just fall in love with at first sight? I'm sure you do and I'm definitely not alone on this lol. That's how it was for me and Mama Elephant's Little Dog Agenda. As a dog more than a cat person, with two little pooches of my own these little darlings just had to come to my place to play.

And play we did - I have two cards and a video to share with you today...

They are so easy to colour and individualise, just a lot of fun to play with :-) And they make me smile :-)))

I hope you have a day that makes you smile - see you again soon...
