Happy Australia Day!

 

Hey there! Happy Australia Day to you!! 

Today we celebrate how lucky we are to live in this amazing country. Are you doing anything special?

I'd love to hear what you're up to:-)

We have friends coming over for a Barbie....here's our Australia Day menu - 

- home made sausage rolls for starters

-  a burger with the lot (which means a homemade burger pattie, barbeque sauce, bacon, egg, beetroot, pineapple, lettuce, tomato, cheese, grilled onion on a fresh burger bun)

- mango and passionfruit pavlova for dessert

 
and

- tim tams and lamingtons with tea/coffee

....looks pretty good huh:0))  Should be a great day!

Whatever you get up to I hope it's marvellous. I know as I enjoy this classic Aussie feast, I will be appreciating how lucky I am to live the life we do here in Australia.

Love hamburgers with the lot! Especially, when the egg and beetroot drips down the hand and wrist.......that's a hamburger!!!! :)

We're having a bbq as well. Steak and sausages.
