October 2012

....and that's the end of October.

People I Love narrow
I'm racing to get this last layout for October in on time to a couple of challenges.....The Scrapbook Store (formally Handmade by Suzanne) and Scrapbook Fantasies - a new site I've found:-)
Here's the stunning sketch for The Scrapbook Store.....
....and I've combined that with weekly challenge #43 at Scrapbook Fantasies where we're asked to include the title "The People I Love".
Here's my layout......

People I Love cluster
People I Love cluster side view
I had a lovely time playing with the Fancy Pants range Country Boutique and the cluster above contains a Manor House Creations Fascinating flower (the feathered beauty you see).
The texture paste doilies you see at the top and bottom of the layout were created with the new Kaisercraft Doily mask - I got mine at Spotlight.
Thanks for popping in to see what I've been up to....and thanks for your much appreciated comments!
See you again soon....

Simple Moments for Scrapbook Boutique

Simple Moments Together narrow

I thoroughly enjoyed playing with the gorgeous Teresa Collins Tell Your Story range for Scrapbook Boutique this month.
The colours just seemed to go so well with our cruise photos and I loved getting some of them scrapped :-)
Simple Moments Together
I had some fun stamping gesso dots with my ink daubers and a little play with Glimmer Mist on the background piece for this layout.
Full details for how this layout went together are available over on the Scrapbook Boutique blog.
Here's a link to all the gorgeous products I've used...

I hope you'll whizz over to Scrapbook Boutique and have a browse - it really is one of the most awesome online stores there is....
I'm off to see what's gone up today in the What's New section :-)
Bye for now...
