Newton's Nook Evergreens Stencil

Happy Monday peeps! I hope you had an awesome weekend.

Popping in this morning to share another Christmas Card - I am enjoying making them so. much! This time I'm playing with a sweet Newton's Nook Stencil...

Rainbow Trees main

As soon as I saw this stencil I knew I could make some CAS Christmas cards and I knew I'd be rainbowing that tree without doubt ha ha.

I have blended with Ranger Distress Oxide Inks here (colours linked below).

I added "snow" with Nuvo Moonstone Glimmer paste - leaving the tree stencil in place and placing a polka dot stencil over the top -

Rainbow Trees CULOVE that fabulous sparkle :0)

I hope you have a fantastic week and manage to fit in some therapeutic crafty time here and there.

See you again soon...

A One Layer Wonder

I have been enjoying  Kelly Latevola's 'One Layer Wonders Class' (for Altenew) and have a card to share with you today based on Lesson 3.

One Layer Wonder main

I've used Mama Elephant's 'Organic Blooms' stamp set for the focal image.

The sentiment is from the gorgeous Stampendous set called 'Big Words Thanks'

One Layer Wonder CU

It was fun playing with a new to me technique. Next time I want to try it with Distress Inks instead of the Oxides.

Hope your week is off to a good start.

Bye for now...
